Camelia Harris is a very unsatisfied member with Humana when it comes to my prescription drug medication, they lured me into a false security that all my medication would be $0 copay and I've had to pay for my medication twice. I am thankful that a Walgreens Pharmacy Tech found coupons to extremely lower my cost but I live on a fixed income and having to pay anything out of pocket is a hardship for me. I talked with an agent and she says with my Medicare Part A & B plus my Medicaid QMB I shouldn't have any out of pocket copay for my medication. I can't change my insurance unless I change my doctors of whom I'm very pleased with. I asked after they sent my doctor a precept there is still no guarantee I would be reimbursed. So I say to anyone that is thinking about changing to Humana be careful and ask for $0 copay to be placed on your insurance card. Sad ? day to be an elderly patient with chronic pain and stage 3 Ovarian Cancer.

I foolishly signed my wife up for Humana Health Insurance for 2016 and registered for auto pay so I wouldn't have to write a check every month. On March 2nd, I received a cancellation of policy for "non payment of premium". I called "customer service" and basically got nowhere. I sent in a copy of my registration for auto pay as proof of our setting up automatic monthly payments. They began to pull out premiums every month for the year. This year during tax season, I got a form 1095 from Humana stating that they had reported me for not having health insurance after January 2016, making me liable for a penalty for not complying with Obama Ben Laden Care. Don't that beat all. I am incredulous. Whatever you do, don't buy anything from these people. Their left hand doesn't know what their right hand is doing. Then, again, most of these larger corporations are pretty much the same. So, good hunting!

Humana dental insurance is a rip off. I purchased dental insurance through the market place, only to find out when I needed a crown , due to a broken tooth, that the policy didnt cover me.

Try their hardest to deny claims and then try even harder to not let you find a resolution to your claim. Terrible insurance. Please don’t buy their policies. I promise you will regret it.
