Terrible customer service I have been there three times to renew mature cd,s the first time a young man took care of me. He was very professional. Great customer service. The next two times I was helped by a very rude lady. One this new cd matures I will find a better bank to park my cash.

Recommend any other bank than this one. Charging $10 to cash their customers' checks is ludicrous. Their customer wrote me a check and they want to charge me to get my money.

Fantastic, hometown customer service! I have been looking for a bank like this for a long time. After trying several other banks, I now have all of my accounts here - personal and several business. From manager to teller, everyone is pleasant and helpful. Even when I was getting a Home Equity Line of Credit, this local hometown branch helped be the go between for me with the corporate folks. Top notch!

Opened an account with them and have had nothing but issues with them. Debit card wont work. Tried cashing 3 checks with them each time was a complete hassle. Wanted me to deposit them and wait 2 business days before I could actually get the money. Deposited one check online and it took 9 business days for the funds to be available. Horrible bank. Closing my account and sticking with Teachers Credit Union

Unable to share an experience. Nothing was moving; not in the lobby nor the drive thru. I walked into the lobby, like 8 customers spread out waiting. None being helped. Where are your workers?!?

Extremely slow service, waited over 20 minutes until they even serviced the person in front of us, who were there for well over 30 minutes. They are constantly this slow. Not satisfied at all.
