I've been taking healing and stretching classes for about 3 weeks. I never thought I would be so out of shape. My class is conducted twice a week. I wish If I could come 3 times a week if not everyday. Love the instructor and her vision, she is very patient and know the body anatomy very well. She gives you feedback and works with you closely unlike other facilities. The location is very close to my house.. plenty of parking. The studio is completely remodeled and very clean. Thank you!!!

I took the stretching class because I had been dealing with aches all over my body. Mia is a great instructor and is very knowledgeable about body movements and postures to work on. Only 1 hour stretching class with her helped me get through several days without feeling the pain. I'm so happy to have found this place. Highly recommended!

I'm really happy to share this awesome dance studio with you guys. Professional, kind and energetic dance instructors are very strong recommendations. Healing & stretching class helps a lot to line up your body alignment and build up your muscle strength. Jumba!!...I can't help but say Jumba class which is the best way to relieve my stress. Definitely cool!! Check it out!!

Don’t send your kids there…I trusted them with my child but apparently all they care about is money and don’t bother notifying the parent or contact the parent before turning the child away. Will never go back to this place. This is how they treat a someone that’s been attending for over a year.

I scoured the internet to find the best dance classes in New Jersey and I believe I've found it! The teachers are as talented in dancing as they are teaching, not to mention they all seem to be extremely cheery, outgoing, and fun loving! The owner is an absolutely lovely woman who wants to help in anyway she can and make sure you get the most out of her classes. Which I assure you, you do!

Highly recommend this dance center! I took the Adult K-Pop class here. Mee Jung is very passionate about dancing and is very caring. The staff are also kind and helpful.
