We originally met Kathryn through a recommendation from Stefanie at Altitude Mortgage. We had tried to explore housing options with a different realtor and were incredibly disappointed. That realtor had come to the showing with nothing prepared and little to no guidance. To say that working with Kathryn was a night and day difference would be an understatement! As first time home buyers, we were incredibly anxious about the entire process. Not only were we inexperienced, but none of our family members live close enough to come along and give suggestions. This experience would have been miserable with any other realtor. Kathryn gave sound advice, kept in close contact, and listened to our concerns every step of the way. Not only does she excel in her career, she's genuinely so calming and a delight to be around. It's a rarity to find someone so skilled at helping others. Our home is a perfect fit for us, and though we don't see ourselves moving any time soon, Kathryn will be the first person we call for any real estate inquiries or interests. She is far and away the best person to guide you through such an important time. We are forever grateful to her for her diligence and hard work!

AND after-the-sale was closed, she continues to be not only be a resource helping in my transition to the new property but an amazing supporter (aka Cheerleader) for my new adventure. I am truly grateful and blessed to have Kathryn as my realtor and now a friend. Note I said HAVE Kathryn as my realtor not HAD Kathryn as my realtor — as I am looking forward to Kathryn helping me find my next property! I know once I tell her “go”… she’s ON-IT!!
