I worked with loan officer Jonathon Hanna for a VA home loan to purchase a home. This was my very first home buying experience and this guy made it a breeze!

Jonathon explained the entire process to me, from start to finish. Any questions I had, he answered. If he couldn't answer them he either FOUND the answer or directed me to someone who knew the answer.

He went to bat, let me tell you! This man did everything in his power to help put me into this home. He personally assisted me with every step. Any little hiccup that popped up was dealt with quickly and properly.

The seller was out of state and couldn't be on site for the closing... they overnight mailed the documents for her to sign and return in time for the final closing date!

Just a great team to work with. Phenomenal, down to earth, friendly, easy to talk to, helpful, informative, and supportive through it all!
