After working with Mike Williams for several years having great service, he retired and now InsZone owns Canyon Pacific. I wouldn't recommend them now. Just to get a quote I waited over 3 weeks, after leaving several messages did not receive a callback. I will be moving to another agency.

Non responsive waste of time — AVOID!

I spent 90 mins with an employee Christine over an extensive quote … giving all the specifics answering all her questions … after a week of not hearing anything I emailed her and received a notification that she is no longer with the company. I called and a woman said she’d look into it finding my name in their system. After another week — nothing. I called again and the sane woman apologized and said that Mike Williams will get back to me within a hour with the quote. ( Keep in mind this is thousands and thousands worth of coverage.).
I waited 4 more days and called a 4th time and told the woman I never heard from anyone. “Someone will get back to you”. Yeah rrrrrright. No wonder Christine left. Just steer clear and AVOID PC Insurance.

I have to recommend Canyon Pacific Insurance! Here's why. I was in escrow for a home that I purchased in the desert and I needed home insurance. Canyon Pacific was recommended to me, I called they asked a few questions and from there on Dan George my insurance agent handled everything. There were a few issues in the lending, he handled them and kept me in the loop. He understood the lending process as well as the escrow process and communicated with those teams. Buying a home can be stressful but he really helped me out. He made sure everything was timely and done correctly and instructed me as to my next steps. He really took great care of me. And for the first time ever I felt as though my insurance agent actually saved me money. I am so impressed with Canyon Pacific and how well I was treated I plan on moving my other insurance needs to them. I want to take care of those who take care of me.
