I was quoted one price over the phone. Then i was told to come on in and pay and we will get your insurance going. After paying significantly more than i was quoted. I reluctantly gave them a check. Only to be told my classic cars on my property need to be removed and my property needs cleaned up? When your house is a manufactured home and it came with a fireplace. I am told that there is a suspicious secondary heat source vent on my roof Long story short. I gave them a check for over $300 for a down payment on my insurance. Now i have received letters telling me why they aren't going to insure me but where is my money? Really wishy washy? Bait and switch!

And no, you didn't offer any other insurance anywhere close to what was originally offered? I wrote you a check on the 13th of Novemeber? Its taken a month to finally find out that they are going to deny me coverage because youdidn't do your job? Now I have been without insurance and my money that was paid by check to integrity insurance services? How are you going to get a insurance company to reimburse me when i wrote the check to you? You're telling me your company doesnt have enough capital to cover the check that I wrote to you? You told me that you would try to get them to cut me a check? Them the insurance company or the insurance broker Integrity? I know I wrote my check to Integrity Insurance Services? And I would expect Integrity Insurance Services operating on a daily with people coming and going all the time... I would think they could cover a $300+ down payment. If there is any integrity? If i was paid my money back. It wouldnt be an issue? But your wanting to slow walk me and do this here? Thats ok too! But there wasn't anyone to my knowledge that came to my property and inspected it? They have done it on Google Maps? If they were out on the property? I wouldve known it! There wouldn't be a question as to what exactly the vent on the roof was? I wasn't asked if i had a fireplace? The fireplace came with the house it wasn't added! I really and truly believe your intentions here are bogus! This is yet another way of trying to make someone feel vulnerable. By convincing them to believe they have no other alternative. Making sales reisitance down and them willing to accept your other more expensive plan? The undisclosed information was never asked? When i recieve a letter from the insurance company stating that my house has been insured as a rental and they noticed my billing and property was the same and they want confirmation? I guess thats my fault too? There was never anyone on my property doing any kind of inspection! I will keep my promise 12/16!

It is rare these days that I have a rave about great customer service, which is sad, but Phillip Walden at Integrity is so good that I should be able to write a 5 star review for every time I have outstanding service. Not only does he respond to all my questions and requests in minutes but the insurance I have (home & auto) with a good company is less expensive than all the Internet rates I could find. The value of having an attentive insurance agent is so assuring.

I'm a new client with Integrity First Insurance. I have to say Janevra she is amazing answers my calls anytime answers even the smallest questions. I have life,rental,accidental. So needless to say it gets confusing sometimes. But anytime I call everyone is so pleasant and kind they will bend over backwards for you and they don't look at you as just a policy you are family. That means alot.
