Working with Lavern allows you to relax and let his knowledge and expertise manage the tenant search/servicing process. He is very professional and detailed, and works to ensure that no Landlord/Tenant laws are overlooked to keep everyone protected. He helped me to erase the nightmare caused by the impact of prior unappreciative tenants. It has been a pleasure working with LaVern on my latest purchase and he was a crucial component in my transaction representing me as the buyer.
