Had the best experience with Interfaith when buying our home. They have amazing products across the board that not only helped us get into our home a year ago but also helped us get our new family car. They are attentive, communication is impeccable and I look forward to continuing utilizing them for any and all future financial needs. The folks at IFCU are terrific to work with. They are responsive, professional, friendly, and are all about customer service. Online banking is easy. And they have great auto loan rates! I just purchased a new car and the dealership didn't know of anyone who was offering rates as low as IFCU.

We have been members of the United Methodist Federal Credit Union for about ten years. They have provided excellent service to us. Although it is on-line banking, when we need to reach someone, they return our calls promptly. We have a checking account,, a savings account, and a loan for a vehicle. We are very happy.

When for three solid days you are unable to view your account online - even with the assistance of personnel - that is a problem. Although Sylvia and Rick are amazingly nice people, the technology used for UMFCU is either aged, inferior, or compromised. Either way, not being able to use online services is a problem.

I give it this start, because few, employees, seem patient, but slow. Even when there is no line they don't call you up to the counter. Listed hours not honored says 5:00pm and they were closed at4:43pm and no Sign posted or a sorry. 😞 😔 No
