I've never had a problem here. Friendly staff. Helped me with a lot of things including basics and creating an estate account, cashier's checks, transferring funds, etc. Interra seems very safe and secure, as they will monitor any suspicious activity.

I have been a member of Interra for many years. They have started charging for checking accounts and the customer service is AWFUL. I will be looking for a new credit union that actually cares about their members and does not charge me for putting my money into their financial institution.

Reviewing this location, not the business as a whole:

Every time I've visited, it has been either a neutral or positive experience. I've never dealt with a rude worker, a lazy worker, or an unintelligent worker. They seriously hire great people. Sometimes the lines get long, but they are always moving at a steadfast pace. As an 18 year old who has banked with them since I was 14, their staff knows how to work with people of all ages VERY well. As for loans and such, I have no clue if this location is great for that; I've never used those services. The interior has always been clean, and they just remodeled so it looks amazing. 5/5 and I'll stand behind it.

The CR 17 branch is the worst! They have a lady working the teller window who appears to be hateful. I personally witnessed her harassing customers sometimes for 15 minutes or more. Very unprofessional to put customers private business out there to the public like that.

I called the corporate office in goshen when I discovered an issue with my account. I spoke with "Sam", a teller. She's very very unprofessional, and Rude !!! I was informed that I can only have 6 transactions a month, direct deposits and transfers. I was NEVER TOLD THIS when I opened the account !! She refuses to reverse the 3 NSF I am getting charged for, which makes entirely mo sense to me when there's money in ky savings that could have been out into my checking to cover the debit card purchases. .. I have to eat $96.00 IN FEES... I AM CLOSING OUT my accounts, and goin elsewhere. Sam should really take some classes on politeness and customer service !!!! Very very disappointed in this bank. Never had a issue with Interra credit union, till now. I mean seriously, who has money that they can throw away ?she could have reversed those 3 fees, if nothing else, just because I was never to about a limit !!

Not really about the location but overall institute. I prefer credit unions. But Interra is heavy in the practice of debit resequencing. It's not illegal but it is unethical.

I’ve banked at Interra for years and am seriously thinking about closing my accounts because of this location. Every time I come here it seems like I have issues. I don’t understand why you would work at a bank if you don’t like helping people.

Must have been there on a training day I can't believe someone so dense was behind the counter she wasn't rude not bright enough for that I needed to give them new banking info to my loan payment from after 10 minutes of trying to explain that no I'm not trying to open an account I gave up took the information and went to Goshen branch
