Fraud Detection is, hands down, on it alerting me to potential fraudulent use of my debit card #! I totally appreciate this service offered, monitoring my accounts! Absolutely amazing service!! My fiance and I live in Hazlehurst and pretty much got pushed out the door when we talked about trying to get a loan at that branch and caught a lot of attitude from an employee that clearly did not want to be bothered. Gina over here did us right! She tried everything in her power and more to help us and amazingly pulled through! Now we won't take our business anywhere but the douglas branch. Every day we go in, everyone has a smiling face and is eager to help. Mrs. Suzanne has also helped us multiple times as well. If she doesn't know how to help us with the issue (which is rare), she'll find someone who can! We were honestly about to close our accounts completely until we came over here. Outstanding customer service, patience, and attitude!
