I was so happy when they took over other than the other company. Besides having to stay in touch about the ledger they are way better than other companies. They never ignored my calls and If I did call Jacob graves always called me back quickly or emailed back quickly. I have no complaints about them for the time they took over. They won’t renew my lease due me not having time to evacuate for them to spray when it clearly states in my lease it’s my responsibility. I’m not the one experiencing issues. It’s my neighbors. I moved to Indiana by myself and they’re penalizing me for taking care of my property and being too busy to redo the process which consist of being out of the home - clearing out the home and being gone 4 hrs on my only off day.
