K2 is the Best property management company I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. Daniel one of the owners was nothing but easy to work with and helped me find the perfect town home for my and my dog! He actually met me at two properties and showed them himself and made it easy for me to get the town home I wanted. Shai at the office took care of any issues I had such as a broken porch light. She had an electrician out here the next day to get it fixed. She was always helpful and made renting from this company something I would recommend to all my friends and family. You cannot go wrong renting with K2 they will get you into a property that is right for you and make renting enjoyable!

My wife and I were tenants with K2 for 3 years and in those 3 years, the times we called for repairs they were on top of it quickly and always took care of what ever problem there was. Shai was always very professional and very kind and courteous when handling the repairs. I highly recommend K2 properties as rental property management.

Please stay away from this company. There are much better property managers in Redding that will treat you and handle you more professionally.

We moved into an apartment advertised as newly renovated, but it had a long list of faults and defects from day one. Red water and clay coming out of the shower and sink is one example. Every maintenance request was dealt with in the cheapest way possible, instead of actually fixing the issue. If we were not under a lease agreement we would have left sooner.

Our security deposit was returned with only a fraction of it left. We cleaned the apartment but they still charged closer to $300 for cleaning a small 400 sq ft apartment and $300 for fixing issues we have not seen.

We had a very good time as tenants with K2. When there was a problem, they did everything to fix it as soon as possible. It was also a very easy and quick communication at any time. This company is just recommendable!

Shai has been super helpful with finding us a place and very easy to communicate with. She’s always responsive when I have questions about anything. They remembered us when the place we wanted opened up a month later when we were despártales looking for a place and it is just perfect! I would definitely recommend them for their service and professionalism.
