After taking about 15 minutes of jumping through hoops to set up a viewing for home online, I get to the place… the windows are boarded up, there are cigarette butts and empty beer cans all in front of the propery, there's no sidewalk on the premises, and the lawn looks like it had squatters living on it at one time. Oh and the INTERIOR door to the property was locked so I couldn't even go inside. What. A. Joke.

Update: after a completely unpleasant first experience trying to view a home, I gave this company a second chance. I scheduled a viewing of another property that looked to be acceptable. This was scheduled at 6:30 in the morning because that's the only time I had available. This time, I go to the property, and the lock box on the door is completely dead and non-functional. It's 6:30 in the morning, there's no one to call, and I can't get into the home. Then I go back and read the other reviews of other clients working with this company and realize that maybe, just maybe, this was a blessing in disguise. There won't be a third opportunity given. Avoid like Corona if you're smart.

The staff of Invictus have been nothing short of accommodating. My hope is that when people are working with this company that they keep in mind that they're working with humans and not robots. Also, keep in mind that the same way you have bad days, forget, don't quite get it right, the staff at Invictus does as well. Again, I am very pleased with the service that I have received and look forward to the days to come. Thank you, Kayla, Jennifer, and Evan you all ROCK!!!!

Y'all barely got 1 star. Your manger Jennifer Scott is rude as hell and never puts payments in when you make them. The whole team is awful . The owner Terrance Burner is a big time liar. The whole company is shady.😢👎🏾 DON'T EVER RENT FROM THEM
