Let me first start off by saying that I am a first-time buyer. Initially, I started this process a year ago when I first met Al. Al coached me for a year about my and my husband's credit where most people would have dropped me. Al stayed with me for a year checking in on me and keeping me accountable. Through listening to Al, I was able to get mine's and my husband credit where we needed it to be to purchase a home. We closed on 01/4/2024 on a 4bdrm/2bath and a pool home. During the buying process Al and Stacy had my back and did what needed to be done to close. Al also has a way to think out of the box when needed which comes in handy. I have to say I appreciate Al and his team so much throughout this process because not only a first-time buyer but first in my family to purchase a home as well. I'm eternally grateful to Al. If you haven't guessed it already, I highly recommend Al and his company to everyone. If you are looking to purchase, Al is your guy!
