I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Iron Horse Property Management Company. As an owner , I expected a certain level of professionalism and transparency, but this company has consistently fallen short.
Firstly the blatant disrespect for the owners.Communication is often dismissive and unhelpful. It feels like they’re more interested in squeezing money out of the owners than providing a fair and honest service.
Overall I cannot recommend Iron Horse Property Management company. If you are looking for a property management company that cares about it’s clients and operates with integrity, look elsewhere.

Iron Horse has been a godsend for us. They took over managing several properties for us and it feels like no matter what the issue (from emergency repairs to tenants moving out), they've been there for us quickly and professionally. Be very very careful what you sign with them they are very very shady. If you do buisness with them please please take screenshots of everything you sign and pay on their website. Those screenshots may be the only saving grace you have..
also watch out for all the hidden fees
