We've been with iron mountain several years now after 20 plus years with a major provider. Iron mountain was able to secure us better rates with established companies and communication has been excellent. Responses to text and email has usually been less than 24 hours, honestly usually within a couple hours and if an answer wasn't available on the spot it was promptly followed up. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

I have not had to file any recent claims, but over the years there have been frequent changes to the account due home or auto sales and purchases.
