I have enjoyed some of their products - HELOC, and their staff - especially at the Ellettsville branch. For those two items, I would give them 5 stars. However, I recently called into their "switchboard" number (google has all branches as the same number). For the love of someone, anyone, and everyone - HAVE THE PHONE ANSWERED - especially if you are going to funnel everyone there. The internet and your wonky website don't answer everything, and will never replace a LIVE PERSON to talk to....for this, I give zero stars! As big as you all have gotten, spend some $ on people and member services in this area. This used to be the place to bank and have great relationships. BTW, 17 minutes later, can't get an extension to contact the person I asked for directly, but given their voicemail....I don't get it. Definitely go elsewhere if you want good personal service.

Auto loan rate quoted to me was significantly higher than other lenders. Sat down to calmly explain a minor mistake in my credit report ( I have mid 700 scores) to a rep. She called a “manager” on the other line, and wasn’t willing to even look at my credit report or listen to my concern. Was quoted a Full 3% points LESS by a local competitor so I took it. If they aren’t willing to listen and work with customers on a case by case basis , then what’s the point of these people having jobs ? Very disappointing.
