The manager Kaylean in Bloomfield is a slum lord. Big time. She won’t even do anything about the bed bugs there at the Piños Blanco’s apartments. She just blames the next tenant she doesn’t like and kicks them out for it. She just did that to my friend. And I can prove the breed bugs were there before him. I can prove that we made complaint after complaint. I have proof of a lot of things she did that isn’t allowed but the company JL Gray doesn’t care. It’s like they intentionally hired a slum lord. Cause she’s been there for years. This company just doesn’t care about any of their tenants sadly. Hell, she won’t even give me my security deposit back. Said she doesn’t handle that, even though I know she does. I had tile my own bathroom floor when I lived there cause the maintenance man wouldn’t. It was a cool experience and all but it wasn’t my job and it took months for me to even decide to start doing it. Months. The maintenance man didn’t do it for months. So I started doing it myself.

Great property management! I have rented through them for years. They take their tenants concerns seriously and are quick to remedy any problems that may arise. Friendly and courteous to interact with. I highly recommend this company.
