My experience with Jackie Barikhan - Summit Lending has a life changing experience for me. I was struggling to get a cash out refinance loan from all lenders since I was self employed. Jackie did awesome work! She is really expert in her field, she knows what she is doing! We recently got our beautiful home in Mission Viejo. My previous lender mentioned that I had to look for the houses below certain amount, however, the price of the most houses around me goes beyond allowed loan amount. I was told it is because underwriting guideline is just like that. So I asked myself that there must be a someone who has different way of working things with self-employed person, so I found Jackie since her service focuses on self-employed person like me and amazingly she made a deal successfully!
