Grace is terrible. Very rude. She talks to you like she has better things to do. She didn’t ask me if I wanted to claim head of household or single. Instead she asked me if I pay all my bills and then picked what she wanted. I walked out on this lady. She is rude every time I call or go in there. I will file somewhere else from now on.

Grace is terrible and nosy. Last year she acted like my mother and this year she made me wait 35 minutes for apt that was suppose to be at 5. After waiting 35 minutes, I decided to just go home because it din't sound like they were going to be done soon anyways.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. I went there for a scheduled appointment and It was supposed to be just to sign and drop off anyway and I had to sit there while she did my taxes. She couldn't get my information to save so then I had to return to do another sign and leave, then no prices were ever discussed. I was not allowed to confirm or deny whether or not I wanted to continue with the services and they took me for $700 out of my tax refund. 10/10 would not recommend. Stick with turbo tax. I'm sure the quality of return will be about the same.

Almost June and my daughter still hasn't received her refund after Jackson Hewitt messed up her return. These "tax professionals" tried submitting my daughters taxes with a paystub which flagged her return. Great job. A single mother of 2 struggling and this is how the "professionals" do their job. This wasn't a mistake. It was ignorance and you can't have ignorance working on your taxes.
