Beware. The worst Property Management company I’ve experienced. I rented a property in Crestline from them for only a year and encountered the following issues; the property was dirty upon move-in, leaky roof during rain season (took several weeks and follow up texts to get the softball size hole in the roof repaired), clogged bathroom drain (took over 2.5 months and multiple texts and emails to repair), outdated and hazardous wall heater (took entire year to replace). I would not recommend living in a house with this property management company.
