This agency is hands down the best insurance agency I've ever done business with. The staff are courteous, respectful, attentive, patient and caring. Their rates have been very reasonable and their claim process is like no other. If you happen to call for a quote, ask for Leah. She is very thorough in explaining the coverages, finding discounts, and will help you cancel your old policies so the switch is simple. She even gave me her cell number so I can text her anytime. She's been a life saver.

I just changed over to Mr. Anthory's agency and had to file a claim on my windshield being broken by a rock slung from another car. Had no problem with it getting done on the phone. They're sending someone out to my home to replace it. Just that easy. Thank James.

After my home was damaged in October and making a claim, it still has not been repaired. Calling the agent was no help. No return call. Nothing. House has more than 10k worth of damage. Allstate wants to give me $1600.00. After paying them for eight years with NO claims. Truly sad.. Not recommend if you need insurance! Worthless!

I now feel very supported by Allstate as my car insurance rates which were astronomical have decreased as a new customer coming from another state. In the case of an accident, wherher you are at fault or not, Allstate will take very good care of you!
