James White and his staff are incredible. We have been with the office for 20 years, and when our previous agent retired the office transferred to James. From day one he has been outstanding for us. We had a problem that was not our fault, nor his fault, but James went to bat for us, fixing the problem, and he won my loyalty. It isn't often these days that someone will not only give great customer service but that they will go over and above for a client and he did that. His staff is incredible too. They are always helpful, they return calls and emails in a very timely manner. Steph recently worked with us getting our premium significantly lowered without compromising our coverage. What we love about State Farm and the individual agents is that they aren't an anonymous 800#, but they are real people where we can visit an office and be treated like a friend.

I was in desperate need of insurance. When I went to State Farm, I talked with Insurance Agent Jesse Rodriguez. He was of great assistance, meeting all my needs and also at a very reasonable price.Jersey continues to be of great service and all office personnel are very helpful and friendly.
