After living here for the past year, I can safely say, for sure, that River Centre is the place to live! The environment is so peaceful and welcoming and the staff are the friendliest I've ever encountered. I absolutely love to go for the walks, so having the Riverwalk right next door is an absolute plus to have. The neighbors are all super friendly and parking has never been an issue, even during busy events! I can't wait to continue living here for another year and to hopefully continue living here in the future!

Unfortunately, my experience as a tenant was negative. I had some issues with maintenance and the apartment's delivery, which was done unsatisfactorily. The apartment was dirty, and I had to clean it personally. Furthermore, I had to rent a professional machine to clean the carpet, which was dirty and had a bad smell from the previous tenant's pet.

Considering they charge $1200 for a 1-bedroom apartment and don't even replace the carpet or provide professional cleaning, it's unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I'm allergic and don't have pets. At the end of the contract, I was informed that the administration would keep my $1200 deposit for renovation and cleaning, claiming they spent $1800. This is unacceptable, considering only my husband and I lived in the 1-bedroom apartment and worked outside.

This experience left me dissatisfied with the administration, and I would not recommend this location to future tenants.

You guys need to hire better more professional people. Hung up on me the first time and I heard some imbecile answer the phone then say “nope” and hung up. Second time the girl was short and rude. Wouldn’t recommend any of my clients to you guys. Your loss

We utilized the River Centre - High Pointe (rooftop) for a business luncheon. The staff was professional and accommodating. The views are unlike anything in the county. If you are looking for a unique, fun venue with great customer service, we highly recommend checking out the River Centre. Overall, it was an exceptional experience!

I've lived at the River Centre for the past year and its been the most enjoyable apartment living experience I've had. Keelie was always so friendly and helpful, maintenance was quick when I had any issues, and I felt safe and secure at all times. The convenient location to downtown and the Riverwalk were also a plus, as well as the dog park. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone who wants to make Jasper home.

Lived here a year while travelling between job sites and loved it. Nearby walking path and recreational park, pretty central to most of the areas' eateries. Staff is friendly and willing to work with you on any apartment issues.

Depending on where you live in the building, there can be some minor surrounding noise from the downstairs gym, beauty salon, Cafe Pina, Wine Longue or the event centers--but having access to a lot of nearby facilities is worth it and it's hardly ever noticeable aside from some special events.

Overall, if you're a traveler or looking for a solid place to lay your head, I think it's the best you'll find in the area.

This is a great place to live. Well kept nice apartments. The staff really cares about the residents. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for something more than just an apartment! The amenities just down stairs are hard to beat. Maintenance request were always quickly responded too.

Our organization just used the 3rd Floor Community Room for a regional lunch meeting. It was WONDERFUL!! We loved the atmosphere and furnishings. It was a perfect place for the networking / brainstorming session. The staff are incredibly helpful and understand hospitality. Special shout out to Denise for all of the arrangements and Keely for making sign markers that fit our brand specifically leading individuals to the room (what a pleasant surprise!).

Overall, I would highly recommend these rooms for all levels of gatherings. I had a fabulous time at a baby shower that was hosted in the room previously with the similar "WOW."

I will be back!
