I felt it was time to change auto insurance carriers upon my December renewal and called up Jay Epstein’s office, just a couple of miles away from my home. I had heard good things about State Farm over the years and liked the idea of having an a carrier with a local presence. Office representative Kether Sprague took my call (no hold time, no phone tree), was professional & friendly, addressed key questions quickly, and offered me a same day, in person office visit to further explore the change. I met with her later and was immensely pleased with the personal & professional attention she provided, well over one hour to review literally everything related to the policy. Jay also joined in the meeting half way through, providing key expertise and a genuine hand for my insurance needs. By the end of the meeting, there was no question that the change was the right thing to do and I went with State Farm, confident and even a bit excited about it (go figure!). Literally, like a good neighbor 🙏🏼.

Jay Epstein and his crew are absolutely awesome! My household has been using them for over 4 years. They make insurance so easy. It's great that I can call and talk to a person. Recently, I've been having to make a lot of changes to my policy due to moving out of state. Kether is a delight, easy to talk to and always professional. They treat you like family.
