We came in this morning to get a quote for coverage on our two cars and home. Mason was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and directed us to what I believe are the insurance products that best fit our individual needs. I’m completely satisfied and pleased with the experience, and we purchased coverage. I would have been willing to pay more for this level of service, but the premium ended up being less than half what we were paying! I’m recommending them to everyone I know!

3 things I appreciate about Leah's exceptional service:

(1) I was very nervous walking through the home buying process for the first time, and I needed support through the insurance portion. Leah was able go step by step. More than that, she was readily available and got things done quick on an extremely short timeline. I need someone who's accessible, and Leah meets those expectations.

(2) When I moved up here from Texas, I called over the phone and enjoyed the patience and readiness to meet with me in person. In her office, she took the time to listen and asked clarifying questions, which I appreciated. She also wasn't pushy and respected when I declined certain services. She presented herself as someone who wanted to ensure I fully understood.

(3) Finally, I appreciate that my rates have been very reasonable and my insurance is all bundled. Leah was able to save me money, which in this economy goes a long way.

I would not recommend this agent. Go for one that's fair and is not afraid to research and do what is right morally. If your so customer oriented you wouldn't be canceling people who were not at fault because 1 accident not their fault being hit at s gas pump.
