Rude, clueless people. I am with State Farm and moving to Wyoming. I had some questions and asked for help with buying a truck and insuring it. The lady hung up on me and then wouldnt speak with me again. Thoroughly over this BS.

I have been with State Farm for a long time and I have never been made to feel so low priority as I have with this local agents office. I have personal and business insurance going through this office and repeatedly emails go unanswered and sometimes even phone calls. Called this morning during “business hours” but apparently the phone is still on off-hours auto messaging. Thinking about switching agent offices, I’d rather drive to another City to conduct business than continue being ignored for all the money we spend on insurances.

Jessica Ondler, insurance representative is AMAZING. I was in the office and needed assistance right away. Apparently everyone who could sell insurance was gone. I called her, and it was her day off. She rushed to the office and helped me. Not only did she come in on her day off, she was efficient and positive! I appreciated all she did for me!
