I couldn't possibly put in words how great Jennifer Grant and this entire mortgage team has been to my fiance and I but I'll explain it for you anyways. About 4 months back my fiance and I decided to get a place together but after a while of looking for rentals in our budget we eventually decided to just purchase a home. We got pre-approved through a different mortgage company, contacted my realtor, found the house we wanted, signed the contract, had the inspection done, and the appraisal was completed.... then right before closing time were told that we were denied the loan. So we tried another lender and again were denied.

Jennifer then contacted me after my realtor explained to her what was going on and, not wanting to give up just yet, we decided to try one last ditch effort and let Jennifer see what she could do. Her and her team worked ruthlessly plugging in numbers and everything else until they finally found a solution that allowed us to get our home! Also with way less interest than the original lender we were going through! We finally closed on our house in mid April and we're all nice and settled in now and it would not have been possible had they not refused to give up! I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home!
