Her office is always very helpful. The service is quick and friendly, it's almost like family. They've provided the best insurance service I've ever had. Jennifer is so professional and polite and so so helpful. She took her time to explain every detail about the policy and just car insurance in general. Also renter's insurance. Sadly it was out of our price range for right now but I'm definitely considering to switch to their renter's insurance after she explained all the pros and cons. Such a lovely person.

When we first called for a quote from Ms Jennifer, she was BEYOND helpful, pulled our policy from TN and easily replicated that for a quick and easy quote for AK. We've also talked with Scott a bit as well and he is also amazing! Very very helpful and quick. Called about 13 minutes prior to them closing one day for a renters quote and he did not hesitate to assist me right then and email me the quote the same day.

Jennifer always gives me wonderful service and I pay for only what I need like some other company commercials are there claim to fame.
I pay a little extra on comprehensive insurance but saved a ton of money having my windshield replaced after owning the vehicle for 4 months.
