One star because of my recent issue with this State Farm agency. I was in an accident over a year ago and they failed to send my insurance information to the BMV (not once but twice), resulting in my license being suspended, which I had no clue for over a year! It’s crazy to me to think I was driving with a suspended license for that long and no one contacted me! The BMV and my insurance company were negligent in this matter and I am lucky I wasn’t caught driving or I would be in a bigger mess! Also, I switch insurance companies and I am a lot more satisfied with the customer care & service they provide. Always double check everything!!

Would not recommend state farm anymore. Had issues with them not taking vehicles off of my policy for months after I requested them to be. Been an issue for a couple of years now and I'm getting ready to move to a different insurance company because of it
