Fantastic experience, start to finish. As first time home buyers, we needed more hand-holding than we knew of they probably signed up for. My wife and I recently moved across the country from Utah to Indiana and used Bobby Clifton and CrossCountry Mortgage based upon a friend's recommendation. Bobby got us a very competitive rate, but anyone who is willing to shop around can usually find a good rate. It was Bobby and his staff's thoroughness and timeliness in dealing with us from 2 time zones and 1,500 miles away that made the approval and closing process easy. They also did a great job in communicating directly with our real estate agent, insurance, etc. as and when needed on our behalf.
