While recently becoming engaged and later finding out we were pregnant, we reached out to Jessica to start our first home buying experience. Jessica was very quick to respond and we started our journey on a holiday weekend. Most people have plans during the holidays and put work on hold. We were very pleased to get started so quickly. She was always available to answer with any questions or concerns we had. She quickly started the paperwork process, and was excellent to negotiate with the sellers, lender, and companies. Once we had picked out a handful of potential homes, she made a well organized itinerary to check out each location, including the mileage and time frames. After putting in an offer on a home, we received the inspection report that was 58 pages long. While reading through the report, Jessica suggested that we keep looking, but did not discourage us if we still had our hearts set. We took her advice and she continued to help us watch the market. Jessica did all of the behind the scenes work and made our jobs tremendously easy. Finally, we found the place we wanted to start our family. She was so sensitive & personable to our situation. On closing day, she went to our home, turned on our porch lights, left us a parting gift, and put a welcome home sign in our yard.
