My husband and I tried for several months through Bank of America to get a loan to purchase our first home. We had to pay out of pocket to complete and pass online courses to become first-time home buyers in order to get that loan. After spending hundreds in doing so, we then tried to go through Chase Bank where we were given the name of a trusted broker. Jessie Vasquez. We quickly reached out to him and he was able to get us a home loan within maybe a month or so if that. He linked us up with an amazing realtor and together they changed our lives. The professionalism and partnership really opened our eyes. Jessie helped walked us through any and every question that we had. He did not hesitate in any way and made us feel comfortable in all decisions that we made. With visiting his office, he welcomed us and our children with great hospitality and respect. Through the whole process he always made sure we were aware of the aspects and all of the t's and i's that needed to be crossed and dotted. Without him we would not be in our beautiful home. We will 100% recommend Jesse Vasquez as a professional broker to achieve any goal when buying a home.

This is a very late but, deserving review. We worked with Jessie and his associates in 2022. Purchasing a home can be stressful and of course exciting. Jessie took the stress out of our experience. His team communicated with us often, if not daily, to insure our scheduled date to close was on task, provided a fantastic interest rate as well as, recommended a real estate agent who he works with. I can't say enough great things about Jessie and the Minted Mortgage staff. From start to finish, Jessie walked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. Jessie is super responsive and always made it a point to answer every one of my questions to the T, no matter how long it took. I never once felt rushed or uninformed during his time working with us, which was a big deal because the whole home-buying experience can be overwhelming. I plan on referring everyone I know to Jessie and Minted Morgage because they are just that good! First off Thank you Jessie for being the best Lender and adviser you have been straight forward and a straight shooter you helped us buy our first home!
