Joakim Bye is a realtor extraordinaire! On the first day we met, coming up from Los Angeles to Half Moon Bay to look for a home, he showed us the perfect home that we bought 2 days later. But there was a lot of work to do to renovate the house to get it to our liking. We were still living in Los Angeles and needed someone to oversee the construction effort and handle all the subcontractors. Joakim not only found us many choices of subcontractors, he helped us hire them, and then he did the lion's share of overseeing the renovation. He probably spent more time at our house than his own! He organized all the workers and hired them, watched as they did their work and made sure it was done to our specifications, and communicated with us daily on the progress being made. Without Joakim, we would not have been able to get our house ready for move-in, especially since we could only make it up to Half Moon Bay a few times during the overall process. I cannot recommend Joakim highly enough! He should be your go-to real estate broker and general contractor for Half Moon Bay!
