Jody is a great lender and person. I was working with some clients that lived in Colorado helping them purchase a home in California for their mom who had just lost everything in the Camp Fire. Their current bank did not loan in California so I referred them to Jody knowing she would go above and beyond to help them and she did not disappoint. Early this year, I was a first time home homebuyer at the age of 60 years old. Always rented and never owned a home. I wanted to shop for a home that would allow me to bundle the house payments (mortgage payment, property tax, and home insurance) to be comparable with my rent of around $700.
