I have been working with John Paul over a month now. I was in escrow on 2 previous homes that didn’t not close. I had a horrible experience with the last lender. I called John Paul on that day my escrow was cancelled. I was emotional and very upset because it was the lender who overlooked my finances. He heard my situation with calmness and empathy. He was straightforward with me and shared a lot of knowledge. He explains everything so you can understand. He’s a great communicator and will go above and beyond for you. If I could give him 10 stars, I would lol. I am closing on my home in a couple weeks. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with purchasing a home. I highly recommend John Paul. If he can do it, it will get done! My dream of buying a home again has come to reality and I thank you John Paul for helping me make it happen.
