So I was a customer for 19 years and SHAME ON ME!!!!! Don't make my mistake. Every year they would call me and tell me how I was getting the most competitive rate, and how lucky I was. I had no accidents and no tickets. 19 Years of paying and they didn't have to do anything except cash my checks. I was paying close to $2400 every 6 months. Getting a new car I got rates from other companies and my rate went down to less then $500 every 6 months with slightly better coverage with another company. Every time they said I had a great rate they where just straight lying to my face, and probably laughing all the way to the bank. Can't believe I trusted theses con artists.

Communication is very poor. Follow up is even worse.

I called in March 3, to remove a vehicle from my policy that I no longer own. As of March 27th the vehicle is still on my policy and I'm being charged for it. I have been calling for three consecutive days, and the automated system says all agents are busy, and to leave a message. I left a message, and 3 days later no return call.

My takeaway from this is that they don't value their customers, or that they are not longer in business, in which case I should have been notified.

We had Allstate for home and auto for 4 years. Each year the cost creeped up a little bit. I was paying $305 then I noticed it went up to $360.00 and my mortgage payment went up by $150 dollars. I called PennyMac to ask them why had my mortgage payment increased. They said because my insurance had increased. I called Allstate to ask why had my insurance increased and they started talking out of the side of their neck with a bunch of gibberish. I moved over to USAA on February 6th. They were 50 percent less than Allstate. Finally, Allstate charged me $154.25 for the 6 days I had them in February, nearly half of what a whole month would cost. They didn’t prorate the 6 days correctly. They are so accustomed to me overlooking their price gouging they took advantage of me one last time. I am going to call them tomorrow and protest but I know they will only provide further gibberish.

I have been with Jon C. Cone Allstate since We bought our house 4 years ago and really haven’t needed to interact with the team all that much until here recently when my son needed to be added as a driver to my policy and I was needing to make some adjustments to my policy quite a bit. I got in touch with Jonathan Rivera and let me tell you he has been a life saver through this whole experience. From adding and removing vehicles several times to informing me about the safe driving course that my family and I took advantage of to save us a lot of money on our policy! I cannot say enough about Jonathon, top notch customer service. Thank you so much for what you do!

In the beginning it was Great , I would get calls quarterly, just to chat about the products and any ways to save on my insurance as well as a heads UP about any price increases! However that’s no more, I received my last bill for *; plus which was returned due to insufficient funds. I only had funds available for *. Now Im scrambling to find the extra cash or start over with w new insurer. It seems you’re moved this office into a call center and not the personable people you one had. Recently the Volkswagen was in a car accident, and the agency gave little support, which the other car was at Fault.
