We are so glad we ended up working with Jonathan on our loan. He is just great at what he does.

We initially started our loan process with a different bank and a different mortgage specialist. In the middle of the processes we ran into some issues and a lot of questions. So we really wanted a second opinion and we found Jonathan online (thanks to his good reviews everywhere) and just contacted him. He was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, helped us with all our questions and gave us several tips on how to deal with our challenges.

Unfortunately, (or perhaps fortunately) we could not work with the original bank and we switched to Jonathan and Bank of the West. I was lucky enough to run into Jonathan who was the only person that was able to simplify my process and speak to me in normal turns what I wanted. I had a very specific action I wanted and a threshold I was was comfortable with and Jonathan made the whole process simple and easy to understand.
