From the first conversation he was clear and concise in his communication, walking me step by step through the first time homeowner buying process. He explicitly told me what paperwork I needed to have with me when we met for the first appointment. This was incredibly helpful in procuring necessary documents. He was even willing to drive down to meet me at a time that fit my schedule. Whenever there was paperwork to be signed through the 1st source bank app, he sent both text messages and email reminders, with open lines of communication throughout the entire process.

When I had a question (and I had many), he was quick to respond (usually within a day or two max) and offer either clarification or advice on next steps. Once I had been approved for the loan, Jose even went the extra mile and searched for home owner grants to be applied to my down payment! When my closing date was moved back due to inspection issues, Jose communicated this to me in a clear, calm, and positive manner, presenting me with the new closing date and reassuring that we would make our agreed deadline.

The week that we were closing, Jose checked in several times to update me on the new disclosure agreements, remind me of the title company, and the time of meeting. He had his secretary follow up with me to make sure that I was on track with document submissions for final closing sale AND the day before closing he called me to let me know he would be available throughout the day of closing should I have any questions as well as to offer congratulations on my new home purchase! On the day of closing, we had some questions during signing and he was immediately available, quickly explaining and offering solutions.

Throughout this process, Jose ensured that I knew what was going on, what I had completed, and what still needed to be done. I felt supported throughout the process knowing that if I did have questions, I could send a text and there would be a quick response, making the process stress free. He is incredibly efficient and has remarkable communication skills that enabled me to buy my house in a easy manner.

With Jose's help, I was able to purchase a lovely home with zero out of pocket that I am excited to move into! I am happy to have worked with Jose and will highly recommend him to family and friends.
