My experience with Jose was amazing, not only is Rocket mortgage great… But I’m sure that Jose is definitely the person that contributes to making it great. He was (and still is) always ready and willing to take any questions and answer them. If he doesn’t have the answer, he would be more than happy to get the answer for us within a reasonable amount of time. Buying a home is definitely a stressful process… I know that last time buying my first home was not an easy process and it was very stressful and there were lots of tears. But this time around buying my second home was amazing. It was a quick process, and it was easy to provide all of the documents that were asked for. If it were not for Jose, we would not have been able to get the house of our dreams and more space for our three daughters and our puppy Mia. I highly recommend Jose as your mortgage loan officer, there’s no way that you’ll ever be disappointed with him on your side. Thank you so much, Jose. Well, where to begin. Jose Zermeno was an absolute rock star! Jose made me and my wife both feel very comfortable and confident about buying a home.
