I called around shopping for auto insurance quotes. The representative Ashley answered the phone and she was very polite. She actively listened to my concerns and answered all my questions about my insurance needs. She was very nice and helpful. Even though, I wasn't ready to purchase that same day, she told me that she would follow up to see how my insurance shopping was going. Believe it or not, State Farm was the cheapest and I was ready to purchase. Ashley, thank you for exceptional customer service.

I have been a member of State Farm Insurance for several years. To be honest I have not had any issues with them other than their annual rate hikes. However, this week our home needed several trees cut down and stumps removed. I called the Davis office and asked for a referral.

I mean you would think Insurance companies would have a list of competent referrals. They referred me to Pro Service Tree Removal. Just like the quality of service I get from State Farm, I got the same for tree removal. Not only did State Farm meet my Insurance needs, but personal needs also.

I made one call and S. F. replied within the hour. That was very personal to me. I prefer talking to humans and not A.I. phone responses.
