Eddie is fantastic! We needed to get pre-approved to put in an offer over superbowl weekend and he helped us do that over one night. Then we had a really short loan/appraisal contingency period (7 days) and escrow period (18 days) so there was very little wiggle room. Eddie and his team did everything ASAP, explained the timeline/what we're expected to do clearly, and what our options were when close of escrow was delayed due to other reasons. Eddie was always prompt with responding to our questions. Excellent client service. We couldn't have done it without him!
