Julio was awesome from the beginning! Just like any new homeowner I had a ton of questions and concerns and he answered every text and phone call and explained the process until I was comfortable. Refinancing can be stressful if you don't understand how it works which was me, but Julio really went out of his way for me and made sure to make the process as smooth as possible. He even met with the inspector for the walk through when i couldn't. Who does that? I really lucked out with this guy!
