We wanted to take advantage of the low interest rates and decided to do a refi on our home. We used Justin Holloway for our mortgage guy and after we signed on the dotted line and everything was complete, I’m so glad we did. I have heard of all kinds of issues whether going through a refinance on your home or purchasing a new home, but we never experienced any of this while working with Justin. Justin was always communicating with us by phone, text or email. Even when there was a small delay on someone else’s part we were informed and made aware of everything that was happening, going to happen or what was expected to happen. We did our part in making sure we had everything filled out and turned in on time and Justin did more than expected and made sure we were taken care every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend going thru Justin, he is professional, knows how to communicate well, always made sure we had the BEST options for our mortgage and made sure the job is done no matter what.
