So many people have moved in here with roaches and I have seen them in the building but never before my apartment and now they are in my apartment since they sprayed but they are coming to my apartment now and I'm getting ready to move and I don't want to move them with me 😡

I have been a resident of a Justus property and I am without heat. I asked both the matienence man and the so called land lady for a space heater and got denied. They are complete slumlords

The owners of this Justus Properties can care less about maintenance techs only thing they worry about is making that all mighty dollar. Misty Hornback the manager for Muncie Properties is a hateful woman all the time trying to throw someone under the bus from upper management. She thinks she is the queen of management she has had discussions went other tenants about other tenants and if your black watch out cause she will put black people out quick I seen it myself at Gillbeke apartments in just 3 months time she put out 3 black people for really no good reason. And she tells people how to keep there apartments clean or she will evict you. In Muncie as long as she is manager stay clear of employment or being a resident

I live in a Justus Property Building and depending who you are is how you are treated. We have a new manager since January 2017 and I have had a request to move downstairs since then. There is a one bedroom downstairs that supposedly is reserved for someone but they haven't moved into it yet. "He" has been on the list since August 2016? There has been 2 new move in since September he must not be in too big of a hurry. And 2 efficiencies but since the bug problem she says no one is moving. And there also a 1 bedroom that apparently is just a storage unit for a lady that doesn't live in it. Or even the county it's in.
There is drugs, bugs and you get ignored or talked rude to if you ask about your situation more than once.
If you want a nice bunch of people as your living arrangement authorities, I'd look somewhere else in the southern part of Indiana. You have to go higher than 4th on the totum pole to get JUSTUS. A woman in the office told me that they were not at my beck and call. I just wanted to know if I'd been approved to move downstairs. I even have a Dr's note that I need a downstairs apartment. This was so I could save money out of my monthly income to pay helpers so I could move.
It sucks to get disabled and old but it sucks worse when your treated like this and can't afford to fix it.

Terrible company too work for pays cheap, and they love a maintenance man who doesn't know much, manager from Tipton an jonesboro thinks she’s apart of the royal family and will talk too you like you’re her child if something doesn't work in her favor, very impatient company an would rather not spend money on there clients if they don’t have too let alone there bed bug problem in Tipton is outrageous an wouldn’t take the extra step of heating apartments cause the treatment is “too expensive” I wouldn’t suggest anyone too live in any of there facilities unless you like maintenance who don’t know how too pass inspection or if you don’t want taken care of and like too pay outta pocket too get you’re things fixed.
