This place is a joke. I put in an application on a as is apartment that was full of trash from what I was told. I have 0 evictions I work for Caterpillar. I also have a son that’s two years old is homeless living in a very small car with me. They knew my situation was urgent and not only did the deny My application they called me to miss out on other places because that location was ideal for me so when they told me that I would have it back I. 24 hrs o believed them. 6 days later I am told my application do t meet the requirements

I drive the Amish for a living. They told me about this place. I couldn't have been happier with it!

Penny was extraordinarily nice to work with and helpful. The little apartment was so much better than the hotels I'm used to staying in at a higher price.

The apartment was very nicely decorated, it was clean and it had everything I needed. There was even a little basket full of snacks on the table.

A hair dryer is helpful and having an internet password would have been nice.

The TV only had a few channels, and most of them were fuzzy.

I absolutely would stay there again and recommend it to anybody.

With this apartment they are very comfortable but I had a bad taste in my mouth when I turned in the apartment, we left it clean and the manager went to check and said that everything was fine that only the glass was everything and when delivering the deposit she charged us 346 I do not know Because I recommend that if they left a deposit, they give up the dirty apartment at the end they do not give them the deposit. I leave a photo of what they did in 14 hours, this is unfair. 😡😡😡😡

If your looking to rent a house, apartment, business or just need a storage unit in Delphi IN, call J. W. Rentals first! They are the biggest rental agency in Delphi. They can be hard to reach sometimes but leave a message and call back. You will get an answer. I only did 4 stars because I ended up not renting from them as a friend had a space for me to rent for my band.. HIRE THE PUPPETS! 😉
