Karen and her crew were extremely helpful, friendly, and always available for questions! Their efficient interactions with the real estate agent, the title company and apparently within her company speaks volumes to the professionalism and knowledge that is not only HER way of being, but seems to be the culture of the company. Through this scary unknown and huge process (for us!), we were guided with patience and knowledge, which removed almost all trepidation and helped us get into a home that we needed. Additionally Karen looked out for us by buying down the interest rate with "extra" money from the process. I am from the time of Indymac Bank (worked there) and Countrywide across the street , where lending practices were predatory and the agents were doing me a favor - and THIS experience was none of it and dare say the opposite. Amazing.

Karen is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I trust her, and she explains things clearly. She has a great reputation, and I found it is well-deserved. It can be overwhelming to buy a first home, and Karen made it a lot easier and less stressful. She also was available all the time and worked really hard to get papers done that had to be pushed forward really quickly. Through it all, it seemed she was really passionate about me getting the house against all odds.
