Katrina and her associate Samantha are always willing to answer my questions regarding my insurance and also just car ownership! They're super nice and patient even if you get flustered or confused and they'll help talk it out and explain all the small details and confusing bits. They always get back to me right away and they make dealing with insurance SO much easier!

I highly recommend Katrina Cain’s Allstate agency. I have had auto insurance with her for over 30 years. The rates for insurance are competitive, but the service provided is outstanding. I’ve often asked for advice about changes effecting my auto insurance coverage and advice provided was what was best for me. I suspect her agency has not made much profit from me over the year since I’ve insured the same truck since 1997 and went from full coverage to the minimum to provide the best for my liability protection. For the last 20 years I’ve reduced my coverage for extended times when I worked overseas. Starting and stopping was never a problem. While I don’t have experience working out a claim, I have little doubt that experience would also be managed in a positive and professional manner. It has been my pleasure to offer this feedback.

Allstate has shared a lot of good dialogue with me. They advise and guide on decisions. They have a lot of discounts but they’ve been there for me when others didn’t deliver on their slogan or mission. This local office continues to deliver promptly and I am happy they take pride in serving our community.

We've always gotten questions answered via email or through the very pleasant experience of popping into your office when we're in Anchorage...to get another question clarified. Good news...came along with each answer given, so needless to say... we are very pleased with Katrina Cain's Allstate office and our experience in purchasing our automobile policy through her. Our only regret is that Allstate Homeowners Insurance isn't available in our "bush" village location.
