Kelli has a great team & competitive pricing. Her team saved me about $800. A year. That made me happy. Bar none, awesome customer service! I started working with Patric, very helpful. Then I called yesterday to seal the deal, Patric was on PTO. Maegan walked into the deal blindsided, saved the day! Maegan and Kelly are the the elite in the insurance and customer service fields!! They took the time to have me come in and review all of my policies with me. I won't lie I thought it was just to get me to buy more coverages. Boy, was I wrong!
Kelly took as much time as needed to review the current coverages, make suggestions, and explained the options with easy to follow explanations. I was able to make needed changes, increase coverages, increase discounts, and the increase in costs was very minimal! Maegan added reassurance that the changes were needed and ensured me the costs changes would be minimal to include the prorates. The personalization they naturally included in the conversation made me feel right at home.
